What we collect

Canopy connects to your financial accounts via Plaid to access transaction history, account balances, and investment positions. We also collect profile information you provide directly — including your age, income, and financial goals. We do not store your bank credentials.

How we use it

Your financial data is used solely to power your Canopy dashboard and AI companion. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data with Plaid (bank connectivity), Supabase (database infrastructure), and Anthropic (AI responses). Each has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. Plaid's privacy policy is available at plaid.com/legal.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing devinp1023@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
